Hello! Welcome! We are a quickly growing Rhode Island End of Life Doula collaborative. We are a group of humans who are all deeply drawn to the deathcare space. Many of us have completed or are actively enrolled in doula certificate programs. A handful of us realized there was no community for death doulas in Rhode Island so we set out to create one. Since November 2022 we have been meeting twice a month, once virtually and once in-person to hone in on what would be most helpful to put forth as a budding deathcare organization.
We welcome LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC members. We are very interested in making space for and amplifying the full range of voices and perspectives on the deathcare experience as we are always looking to advocate and educate both ourselves and the publish about what unique experiences are possible at end of life.
